House rules

- The building's quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
- Please close windows and doors before lowering the blinds - the wind can easily damage them! Thank you for helping us to conserve energy!
- Please remember to turn off air conditioners when you are not in the room, before leaving the house or when the terrace doors are open.
- Please turn off lights and fans when not in use.
- Smoking is allowed on the terrace while the sliding doors are closed. Please do not smoke indoors.
- Use beach towels for the beach.
- Rubbish bins are located near the taxi rank, just in front of the main entrance.

WATER
- Tap water is drinkable.

LOCKS
- Please close the sliding terrace doors before leaving - day or night.
- When leaving, leave valuables, e.g. laptops, cash, passports in the safety deposit boxes.
- Please close all blinds when leaving.

Acceso a huéspedes

The access is completely independent and it is located on the first floor. There is no lift.
